co-sponsoring
a
community
Easter
Egg Hunt
at Hobbs
Farm,
located
at 178
Oxhead
Road in
Centereach
on
Saturday,
April 16th.
The
event
will be
held
from
12:30pm
to
3:30pm,
and rain
date is
Sunday,
April 17th.
The
other
co-sponsors
are
Hobbs
Farm and
Councilwoman
Kathy
Walsh.
This
FREE
event
will
include
crafts,
entertainment,
face
painting,
prizes,
and of
course,
the egg
hunt.
Food
items
will be
offered
for
sale,
and
donations
to Hobbs
Farm, a
non-profit
entity
that
grows
food to
support
local
food
pantries,
are
certainly
welcome.
Children
ages 2
through
11 are
invited
to
participate.
“The
Halloween
party we
held
last
October
was such
an
overwhelming
success,
we
decided
to offer
an egg
hunt to
kick off
the
spring
season,”
stated
Legislator
Muratore.
“I am
committed
to
providing
this
wonderful
community
with
family
friendly
events,
and
encourage
the
support
of Hobbs
Farm, a
great
local
resource.”
While
this is
a FREE
event,
each
child
must
have a
ticket
to
participate.
Tickets
are
distributed
on a
first-come,
first-served
basis,
limited
to the
first
300
children.
Tickets
must be
picked
up at
the
office
of
Legislator
Tom
Muratore,
located
at 325
Middle
Country
Road,
Suite 3,
Selden
(Corner
of Route
83 in
Selden
Plaza-
Waldbaum’s
and TJ
Maxx in
shopping
center).
Office
